看了高通電信 (Qualcomm) 與快捷半導體 (Fairchild) 的例子之後，我得到一個啟示：

當一個公司裏有一群偉大工程師的時候，那可能只會是一家偉大的公司而已。
但是當一個爛老板來管這群偉大工程師的時候， 可能會創造出一整個偉大的產業！

這讓我想起了聖經裏的這句話：

我實實在在地告訴你們，一粒麥子不落在地裡死了，仍舊是一粒，若是死了，就結出許多子粒來。

Truly I say to you, If a seed of grain does not go into the earth and come to an end, it is still a seed and no more; but through its death it gives much fruit.
